I'm sorry Mr. Scout but what have you seen in his career that shows any signs of a higher ceiling? 2015 was arguably his best year, and his numbers have dropped off since to a consistent level of mediocracy regardless of talent around him. 

I understand you have an infatuation with him, but damn open your eyes!
