Okay, since you guys asked:

It looks like it has something to do with assassinating a Saudi prince who was renting the whole top floor of the Mandalay Bay.  The hit squad needed a distraction so they could get past the Prince's security detail.  CIA set the Saudis up with Stephen Paddock, thinking it was a standard arms deal.  There wasn't supposed to be any massacre of concert goers.  The Saudi hit squad met with Paddock to buy guns, killed paddock, then shot at the crowd while others attacked the top floor.  The reason there were large lapses between bursts of fire is that none of the magazines were loaded.  The late "response" by the local police was because they had a bunch of dead Saudis to dispose of first.  Then they set the stage to blame Paddock.

The reason we aren't getting any real info about this event is because if the truth came out the American people would demand war with Saudi Arabia and they would demand the dismantling of the CIA and the other criminal gangs posing as our intel services.

The police weren't late responding to Paddock's location. 

It took only 7 minutes for an Officer to get to the 31st floor of the hotel. Besides, do you really think dozens of LVPD Officers are in on this "arms deal"? There are a lot of questions to be answered, but you're misrepresenting what happened to support your opinion.
