It looks like I have a choice until I type in my zip code. It should be both companies serve the whole city, not they stake claims on certain zip codes. Don't get too excited...Comcast isn't much better! They did the same thing to my mother as Cox did to yours, told here they would be there at a certain time, over the weekend, only to be told after the appointment had passed that there never had been one scheduled at all.
