Fact is Marrone and Coughlin made a decision to stick with Bortles this year, and it hasn't exactly been disastrous, he's just not very good. But you take a look around the league and other than Watson who's now on IR what exactly could we have done to upgrade anyway? I know Keenum has been lighting it up but hind sight is always gonna be 20/20.
