Again you're putting too much on Caldwell. I guess you could argue he should've been lobbying for firing Gus Bradley sooner, but the team made a concentrated effort not to make our team a revolving door of Coaches, as that's hardly a recipe for success either. With that in mind, we really only held onto Gus Bradley one year too long. I think that can be forgiven, last year should've been similar to this year in terms of record. But I'm not so sure sole blame lies with Caldwell. We all know Gus Bradley was historic levels of Bad but so was this team. It was pretty obvious to most everyone that Gus Bradley was trash 2 years ago but I can understand the guys up top giving him a prove it year which he failed.

Again the Key is the long term success of this franchise. I think it's important to not be so hasty to make big coaching changes. Sure everyone was calling for Gus' head since season 1. The wiser ones were calling for his head at the end of season 2. But hell some people are calling for Marrone's head after last night.
