Bortles might not instill any fear, but running on first down, running on second down and forcing him to try and make a play on 3rd and 7 sure doesn't help anybody on this Offense.

And on the flip side of that, we don't have a single receiving threat who strikes any fear in the opposing teams either. Allen Robinson was that guy, yet we haven't had him since about 3 plays into the first game. This passing Offense went out the window with his injury.

This team desperately needs a receiving TE who could be an actual threat, game to game. Not just once, or twice during the entire season.

The team runs a lot on early downs because Bortles has proven time and again that he can’t be trusted throwing on early downs or has the mental capacity to audible into a winning play presnap. And please spare me the whole injured Robinson excuse. WR’s get hurt all of the time and yet somehow good QB’s are still able to up the play of those around them. Bortles has never done that nor will he ever.
