I don't think it's all TC.  I think it's also largely Marrone plus the talent level finally reaching a point where we can win. 

That said, I was watching the Colts game, and they showed Coughlin sitting up in the sky box next to Tony Khan, and Coughlin was busily taking notes, writing and writing and turning the page over and writing some more.  I would love to see what he was writing.  Probably something like:

Blake needs to pull his socks up.
Colts RCB shading Lee to the outside.  Call a skinny post.  
Why isn't Lee's shirt tail tucked in?
Gatorade coolers need to be moved a foot to the right.
Parnell needs to get lower on his run blocking.  Emphasize that next week in practice.  
What is the assistant quality control coach doing?  He doesn't seem to be doing anything.  And his shirt tail isn't tucked in.
