The Cowboys/Giants game is a must-win for 6-6 Dallas, but otherwise, a late kickoff time made no sense. So it is natural they would want to move it up to 1:00 and switch a game with two legitimate playoff contenders (Seahawks/Jaguars) at the later time slot. A 4:25 kickoff for the Cowboys/Giants game made sense at the time because New York was by far the preseason favorite to win the NFCE. Now Ezekiel Elliott is suspended, Odell Beckham is on IR, Ben McAddo and Jerry Reese are unemployed, and Sean Lee is doubtful or out. It is all about putting a better game on at 4:25.
