Someone will answer all those questions.
But kind of a tldr version of answer: Shad is an incredible NFL owner and has done everything right to bring a winner to Jacksonville. Does not interfere in the football aspects of the team. He has backed his commitment with his massive investment into the team and facilities. He helps in his own way and finds the right people to do the job. Coughlin helped bring a winning mindset/experience to the organization from top to bottom.

This is the type of owner every NFL fan wishes for.
