After 15 years, he's had enough of Bengals ownership. Even though his teams have faded recently, the work he did turning the Bengals around early on makes me think he'll land on his feet as a head coach elsehwere. Tampa, Washington and Denver (assuming Elway sees Vance Joseph as a mistake) would all make a lot of sense.
