Looks like Diddy was one of the first to jump onto the bandwagon of buying a team saying the NFL needs to diversify.  Hey, I'm all for diversification, but Diddy can't afford a team on his own and I can guarantee ol' Jerry isn't giving any discounts.  Steph Curry said he would be interested in buying in, but I'm not sure what his bottom line is.   I'm not sure what the NFL rules are on liquid assets as well, but I'm sure they would have to have a group of people to come up with the money needed. 

There will be multiple people interested in buying this team.  Charlotte is a large area, and the fan base makes up almost 2 states.

I saw this.  Diddy couldn't even afford a majority ownership stake as it is.  Curry is only worth about 60 million right now and i'm not sure how much of that is liquid.  If anybody can pull this off....and it would take a partnership, I can see Jordan putting together a team to buy it.  He's already got the Hornets in Charlotte, why not make a monopoly of the sports teams in Carolina?
