It's possible that the Browns and Bengals are going to in essence swap HCs, with Marvin Lewis going to Cleveland and Hue Jackson to Cincinnati. My gut feeling at this time is Hue Jackson will become the next Bengals HC. I don't think the Browns would have a problem letting him leave, even to a Division Rival in the same state. Especially, with a new GM in Cleveland likely wanting to hire his own HC.
