Adam Schefter is reporting that Josh Rosen has yet to declare for the draft, because he does not want to go to Cleveland. He really wants to go to the Giants. He really shouldn't stay in school though, because he is not a good fit for the new Chip Kelly offense, that will be implemented. Normally, that would put a rookie QB between a rock and a hard place, but ever since Eli Manning pulled a power move when he was drafted, essentially forcing the San Diego Chargers to trade with the Giants, so he didn't have to play for the Chargers, I can see the same type of scenario playing out in this draft. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see the Giants trade up from #2 to #1 overall in exchange for a 2nd round pick, be it in this draft or in 2019. In fact, I expect it. Rosen is a pretty serious person and I don't see him backing down, yet I see no scenario where he stays at UCLA. He's just not mobile or durable enough to play QB for Kelly. I believe the Giants and Browns will swap spots allowing Rosen to go #1 to the Giants and the Browns will probably select QB Josh Allen of Wyoming at #2 overall.
