Give it a break man. It's a TEAM sport in the NFL. They're all in it together, and affect outcomes of games. Yes, even BB makes boneheaded mistakes at times too.


LF is a good player.

Fournette was a terrible pick due to his chronic able problems.

He'll probably never give the team more than a few good games a season until they let him walk in a few years. Considering the team was already loaded with talent it's going to be a long time until we get another top five pick and wasting this last one is going to set the team back compared to what it could have been had it taken someone that won't spend half of every season useless due to injury.

There's a lot of truth and concern in that. It was certainly a concern with him coming out of LSU. But I guess the overall talent was too much to pass up on. Which I agree with. Who else do you take there with the 4th overall pick? I don't consider this a waste. It's too early to say such things. And given that this team has already won four or five games this year WITHOUT him is promising enough for me that they can probably overcome a lot more than we think or realize. 

Would you have not taken Fred Taylor in 1998 had you known he was going to miss close to 3 - 4 years worth of football in total due to injuries? I still take him there. The talent and reward is too great to pass up on. All things considered. I still wouldn't mind seeing us take Nick Chubb out of Georgia in a few months to compliment him.
