Do you think that perhaps one or more Jaguars players said something to one of the refs and the ref acted vindictively beyond the penalty in question?

Or maybe the Jags have a reputation and they call things a little differently.  Take a look at how pissed the ref was after the Ngokue penalty.  How difficult would it be for him to just say [BLEEP] them and tell Marrone that forward progress was stopped? Did that happen?  Who knows?  Are refs human and capable of being vindictive?  Absolutely.
