I'm not sure about "Handsy Joe." I always heard him called "Crazy Uncle Joe." In any case the guy is an incompetent loon who made Dan Quayle look like a Rhodes Scholar.

But considering the Dems nominated a woman who sold US foreign policy for personal gain, both of them are an improvement.

It's only discrimination if you have a certain letter next to your name.

Joe is a creep. There are so many videos online that show how perverse and predatory he is with young girls. It's disturbing and no one says anything.
