Trump has jack [BLEEP] nothing to gain by going after Hillary at this point. His 32% would chant in the streets about it, but the other 68% of the country would tell him to get a [BLEEP] life, and if the GOP badly underperforms in the 2018 elections because he grandstands to fail miserably in an attempt to put an old political foe behind bars, he just might find himself with lots and lots of free time on his hands.

Also, using the justice system to systematically target political opponents is pushing the boundaries of yet another impeachable offense.
