He has always done well as QB coach everywhere he's gone. OC might be too much for him, although I don't think he was the issue in Carolina, more than likely a scapegoat firing.

Not sure how the staff feels about their current QB coach though.
I don't imagine a lot of turnover with the Jaguars staff.

By all accounts I've heard, they love Milanovich here. If be very surprised to see him gone. Especially with Blake coming back again.
