Keys to Beating New England
|
I'm only going to say this once.
As an admin, I have been pretty busy approving new registrations to the board and most of us admins have noted how many new registrations were from the Boston area. I must say that I was certainly reluctant to approve some of those, but this board is about sports talk and more specifically the Jaguars and/or upcoming/previous games. For the most part, the New England Patriots fans that have come on the board have been respectful and have contributed to some good discussion. I hope that it continues that way. This hasn't been the case most of the season when opposing team fans come to the board. Kudos to them. I would like to give a reminder to our Jaguars fans that these folks are our guests as long as they just talk football and don't attack personally. I would hope and expect that our regular users treat them accordingly. With that being said, much of the talk in the media is about beating Brady and Gronkowski as well as "which Blake Bortles" will show up in this game. I personally think that this Jaguars team is built just for this challenge. A VERY good defense and a good running game is what it's going to take along with 0 mistakes by Blake Bortles. Turnovers are going to be the key. I see all 4 running backs dressing for the game and all 4 contributing. While yes, Tom Brady is the GOAT, he's not perfect. He can be sacked, he can throw interceptions and he can be rattled. As I posted earlier in this thread, the key is pressuring Brady with the front 4 and take away his most reliable target (Gronk). Jaguars offense just needs to hold onto the ball and not give up any turnovers. There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't. |
