*Saved the "Ask Vic" columns in which he answered my questions.  Silly, but true.

He has had quite a few at his Ask Vic blog (its independant now, he retired). He thinks we can win, and that our super low cap number in the past is what allowed us to build thru FA so well. Also says Bortles is not the long term answer. He seems quite happy for us. Ol' Vic may claim hes not a fan, and hes not, but he does have favorites, and the Jags and Steelers are some of them.
