Yes he did. Bortles had this team in a position to win the game, against a team that has been to 7 straight AFC Championship games and a team who has won 2 of the last 3 Super Bowls. Did he come up short? Yea he came up about 3 inches and a great play by the defender short. Are you really trying to knock him for this?..
The whole offense is dumbed down because of the QB. He is literally the weakest link on that side of the the ball and anyone with eyes can see it. To answer your question; yes.
