Any game ball that is determined to be over 13.5 PSI or under 12.5 PSI will either be deflated or inflated to 13.0 PSI.  The same procedure will be followed with respect to the back-up set of game balls for each team."

And it sucked for the league that Brady played better the 2nd half of Colts game with "legally" inflated footballs. Also, ask Seattle and Falcons if PSI was an issue.. Also, the Colts had footballs that were below the legal PSI in that game. But really? Deflate-gate? In a few weeks, Pats will have won 3 titles since that, all with legally inflated footballs. So I guess we can move on now?

Yes, publicly you can't speak out against the refs. Teams can, and do, submit "evidence" of bad officiating, and the league also uses that to "score" the officials' officiating throughout the year.

Go to Merriam-Webster.com...search for publicly...coaches/players are fined for publicly questioning officiating.

LOL glad you agree with me. You will get fined for publicly speaking out. However, speaking directly with the leauge is perfectly fine.
