Yeah... I believe the option is best for all parties involved (as opposed to an extension that lessens the yearly amount but kinda ties us to Blake beyond the next season)
Bortles gets 19 mil (solid ched)
Jags get "one more look"
and a good season get Bortles a huge pay day. A bad one or even mediocre lets everyone go their own way, Jags move on to young guy from this draft, hopefully, and Bortles goes somewhere on a backup/competing type contract. (maybe the Jets, right spacecoast?)
