Bortles was 12 in Total QBR this year Cousins was 16th. I don't know why people think Cousins is an automatic upgrade. Because his team was behind alot in the 4th quarter and he had some comebacks. Bortles had 4 comeback drives in 2015. This year the average margin of victory for the Jags was 3 touchdowns. That's why there was only 1 comeback. If I recall correctly he brought the Jags back against the Cardinals with a TD to tie in the 4th before they hit a 57 yard field goal to win on the final play. He drove for a game tying field goal with under a minute to go against the jets before they won in overtime. Scored 2 late touchdowns against San Francisco to get the Jags within 4 but the defense couldn't get a stop to get the ball back. You can't just look at a stat like that without some context.
