No trading up! We are not one piece away! I have seen that movie and it sucked. Even with our recent non-bust picks in the first round, other than Jalen we have still done better in the second and below.

If I am completely honest I would love us to sign Cousins, but I think the cap hit would sink the Jags after next year, and we would lose basically all our current FA. I am debating whether this is worth it, but we won't get a compensatory pick for ARob if we sign Cousins so I think hes out. The next realistic option would be a trade for Smith. I don't know if hes good enough to take us any further than Bortles. So at this point I do think you resign Bortles and maybe buy low on a guy like Bridgewater or Bradford to 'back up' and provide competition.
