BAP implies that you just take the best player on your board every time. When in reality they take the best player on their board who fits the positional value and need.  

For instance next year the Jaguars may have a cornerback as their *best player available* on their board at pick #29, but their need will dictate they select a different position. You don't just go BAP. You factor in need , positional value and also depth of talent in class. Its not as simple as "BAP".
