I've made it clear repeatedly that I believe Hackett is at fault for that. It's very possible that it's Marrone pulling the strings on that when it happens. We have differing speculations there. No big deal.

The problem with this idea is that both sides of the ball went conservative after the half. When that happens it means it is more than a coordinators decision.

Like I said before, kneeling on the ball with 55 seconds left in the half set the tone for the remainder of the game for the players and coordinators. The game plan became try to sit on the lead and that's coming from Marrone.

Why he thought this could work against a guy like Brady is beyond me.
