Listen. The players and fans can be upset and piss and moan about the coaching staff with this and with that. Bottom line is this. The defense had a 10 point lead going into the final quarter of the game. I still think the game was blatantly officiated in New England's favor. And It's not even close.

The back-to-back PI's on Lewis. The facemask and PI on Westbrook. The obvious hold on Smith during the run they used to ice the game. It was trash officiating. The fact that they let us snap the ball with 00:00 on the time clock, maybe a buzzer beater to see how the play would go and Bortles nails one hell of a pass to Lewis to give us what could have been another first down on a potential 3 or 7 point drive. Only to throw a dead ball flag seconds later is dumbfounding.

Then they get 30 yards on their next possession with two questionable calls and they cut the lead to four points.

That was the game. Ramsey did get flagged for an obvious PI later on in the game. And as far as Zone coverage goes. Jack got caught looking at Brady over the middle in coverage twice instead of picking up his target in zone coverage like he's supposed to do on big first down passes he converted. Romo pointed that out twice in the second half.

The schemes work. When the players do their jobs.
