That elephant is Shad Khan. Who was most responsible for keeping Gene Smith and most of the coaching staff after the 2011 season? Shahid Khan. Who more then anyone else in the entire Jaguars organization wanted to bring Tebow to Jacksonville? you guessed it, Shahid Khan. Who had the bright idea of hiring Mularkey even after his unpopular track record in Atlanta? Again, Shad Khan. Who is most responsible for the atrocious performances, bad signings, and losing seasons? From a purely leadership standpoint, it is Shahid Khan.

 

 

I'm just going to get this out of the way by saying that in my personal opinion, Khan knows next to nothing about how to run a football organization and probably doesn't even really care that much about Jacksonville or this fanbase in general. The team logo and uniform changes are just quiet steps on the part of Khan towards eventual team reorganization, and relocation. And that recent purchase of Fulham F.C. is just another piece of the puzzle.

 

 

I understand that I might get some heat for posting this, but all of you people need to wake up and open your eyes. It's like the 1984 Colts all over again.
