It depends how you look at it. Blake is average, we have some positions with players who are below average. If you're looking at it purely like that then QB could be 3 or 4 on the list after TE, G, maybe nickel.

If you look at it as which upgrade would help put the team over the top then the answer is resoundingly QB. I can't see making an argument otherwise. Going from average to above average or even good at QB would have a far bigger impact than going from straight up bad to good anywhere else.
