I think Bortles needs some credit, he has improved massively this year, throwing for a majority of the time to rookie receivers.

Fournette was good, but has been average at best, with his 1 dimensional running for large parts of the season, he became easy to predict and stop. 

I know Bortles has flaws, and he seems to struggle once we are chasing the game or he loses his head. However another year under TC should help him massively. Instead of trading up for a QB, I think we should draft to improve the O-line, which was boosted massively by Cam Robinson. We also need a new TE as Lewis seems to have his best days behind him, the TE position is becoming a vital receiving position and this could boost our offense massively.  

With an improved O-line and ARob back next year, Bortles could put up some good numbers. I don't think the answer is drafting a young QB as a starter, definitely cut Henne and bring someone in to compete with Bortles though, but a QB is not the answer in the current market. I also think people forget that Bortles is still a young QB and has at least another 10 playing years in him.

When i saw his tears in the AFC championship game, it made me realize how much he wants to win for the Jags. 

Dont get me wrong, i've been frustrated with Bortles at times, but he is still the future in my opinion
