Yeah. Drafting a QB as good as - or better than Bortles is probably impossible. It would be like landing a pro bowl DE in the third or a second team all-pro LB in the fifth. 
Probably shouldn't even try, huh? 

Just draft a damn QB. 

If he's no good, draft another one next year.

By all means draft a QB and cross your fingers, but don't set any plans for winning during this contending title on a drafted QB. The odds of 1, 2, or 3 happening are orders of magnitude more likely than a QB being drafted and developed to a super bowl caliber QB by time this window is closed. That's all.

And still, no one has pointed out what the upside of gambling that Bortles takes the next step instead of just signing Cousins might be. I am open to suggestions if I didn't think of something. At some point people trying to nitpick the edges around the meat of the point is evidence enough that there doesn't appear to be any counterpoint.
