I think the top priority should be to bring in some talented offensive linemen in the draft. I am talking about high level players that can be developed. I would be happy if we drafted 2 guys with our first 4 picks. We have depth on the line, but need to upgrade the overall talent of the unit.

A developmental move TE could be gotten in rounds 3-5.

I could see the FO signing a Veteran FA to fill the NB position. A veteran guy on a prove it deal who would like to play with this defense.

A young developmental QB with some upside is also needed.
Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency. 


1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.  

Learn from the great collapse of 2023.
