Putting aside the wisdom of such a move for the moment, I don't see how they can commit to this without having a coach.

In a best case scenario, they would be limited to those coaches who run a 4-3. By definition, their options in this renewed search would be limited.

What of these assistants? Will the new coach be obligated to keep them aboard? If so, for how long?
