I would draft Barkley 1 then draft Mayfield at 4.
Barkley at 1 and then Rosen or Darnold.

This is what I believe the Browns end up doing. They secure Barkley, who won't last until 4 and they still get their franchise QB, (probably Darnold.)

Take the QB you love #1 rather than wait until #4. Way too important.

Why? Darnold should still be there at #4, but I guarantee Barkley will be gone. If they love Barkley, take him first overall. You take the best available player.
