I disagree. Having a guy at split-end who you know dominates is critical. The Jaguars pulled it off last year with their running game and the rookies, but that's not a position you want to take lightly. I feel it's the most dire need by far. We can get by with our OL presuming we at least re-sign Omameh, and a #1 WR will always take precedence over a TE. This team has spent years trying to replace Jimmy Smith and at times it wasn't pretty.  If we can get the 3rd or 4th WR off the board at #29, that's a tough one for to pass on.
