If they have a "fair" multi year deal on the table then they would have tagged him, cause 16 million for one year is like 2 million more than fair for him. They wouldn't risk losing him for that.

Yeah I don’t know if 14 is fair. Again he is fresh of an ACL tear and the year before he had a down year. Fair is closer to 10-11 a year.
