How is Wash and Cin. rated higher than us at the safety position?

I don't even know who plays safeties for the  Bengals anymore. George Iloka and ??.

I dont know who either, must be decent.  Gipson and Church have been sold short a bit in his rankings.  I think because of Ramsey and Bouye played so great last year some of the media overlooked at how well our safeties played.
