However, if you shoot someone in the back and kill them when they are not being aggressive, are no physical threat, and aren't even trying to steal your stuff, whatever the other factors at play, at the very least, you are a cold, evil, weakling. If I'm at home and its pitch dark but not enough to see silhouettes.  I hear someone coming upstairs....he comes up the stairs and turns to either the guest room, play room, or my sons room...and I shoot him in the back then I guess I'm cold, evil, and a weakling?

 

How was the homeowner to know what the purpose someone was in THEIR house for withour permission?

 

Funny part is, I dont own a gun.  A lot of people who whouldnt own guns have them, so I dont blame people having them to defend themselves.
