Did you read the quote I posted. The FBI dawdled too long in dealing with the killer.

And did you fail to read you own words? A lack of information sharing that is 100% the fault of the government.

I read the quote, it wasn't from The Drifter's linked article, where was it from and does it go into detail about the affidavits?
