Moncrief has all the physical tools, he just needs to apply them to what he is doing. He's got better as a route runner, but he's still not great and his hands aren't the best either, but that combination of size and speed cannot be taught. I hope everything comes together for him here in Jacksonville. It's certainly a low risk signing that could pay high dividends.
