Olsen has an excellent track record coaching QBs at both the college and NFL level.

Olsen was Jared Goff's QB coach last year for his break out season. He sure didn't hold him back.

As far as asking Bortles to stay in town, the problem with that wasn't the coaching he received. I think the problem was more with Bortles inability to avoid distractions while staying at home as reportedly shown by is apparent fondness for beach bars during that time frame. That's much more on Bortles than Olsen

 
For every Jared Goff I can name you Josh Freeman, Blake Bortles, Marc Bulger, and Derek Carr who all struggle or had a setback under his watch so his track record speaks otherwise my good man. I can't speak for the beach bar rumors especially without any proof behind it but that's the case I'm glad he mature for that situation as well.
