We're going to be very tight against the cap rules in 2019 it appears. But if they can carry some of Telvin's money, that would have counted against 2018, forward beyond 2019, to 2020, then 2019 is loosened by a couple of million bucks.

In other words, if you get some of 2018's cap hit and put it into 2020, and perhaps 2021, then that loosens up 2019, because of the way we can carry forward the space we create in 2018.

That's why this might not have anything to do with 2018. They're creating space to carry forward into 2019, when we will need it very badly.

This makes sense. If rolled over into 2019 it gives a net gain of $4M in 2019 cap space. Because this was a 2018 bonus that was converted, it could not have been put off to 2019.

I sure hope that was the intent.
