No poz means either someone needs to come in and take Jack's spot because he's going to mlb, or we need someone to play that mlb spot.

I know we have a couple guys on the team that played some spot duty, but I think whatever spot jack doesn't play becomes the biggest weakness on the team.

I think there are some late round linebackers that could fit the bill and do a good job. One guy to consider would be Oren Burks of Vanderbilt. He's very athletic, speedy and could play inside or out. He's very good in coverage and even played Safety back in 2014. He's a lot like Telvin and Myles.
