Moncrief is bigger and faster than all our other WRs, and he's been polishing his skills as a split-end WR for a couple years now. It's what he does.

I agree that he's our best option at X/SE - and he IS fast -  but I seriously doubt he's actually faster than Westbrook.  

Westbrook recorded a 4.34 forty at his pro-day.
