Moncrief is bigger and faster than all our other WRs, and he's been polishing his skills as a split-end WR for a couple years now. It's what he does.

Polishing is prob a bit much for Moncrief. I mean the guy would need to have done something in the first place in order to polish. I hope he breaks out as much as anyone, but I think its a fools ransom to bet on him doing that at this point, when he didn't do it the previous 4 years (2.5 with Luck).
