First, I would not at all be opposed to that trade. I'd hate losing Fowler, but to get what imo, is a true franchise type QB, is a small price to pay. With that said, I'd probably go interior O-Line in round 2 and in round 3, I would evaluate CB, TE and DE, taking the BAP. Narrow that down in round 4 to the two categories that were left and which ever is left out of that group would compete with LB and WR for our 6th round selection and the two positions left over would be taken in round 7.

Would the need or premium position win out in your decision?  How would the immediate nature of the need fit into  your decision?  In other words, if you assumed we were good at DE for another year without Fowler since we had Ngakoue and Campbell, as opposed to having an immediate need at TE, would that factor in? 

If you favored the immediate need in round 3, how do you explain that decision in light of the trade for Rudolph, who presumably would not be considered an immediate impact player?  Could it be construed that you don't think the Jaguars are true Super Bowl contenders? 

If they had equal grades in round 3, I go CB. We need more depth at the position and to be honest, I'm not a believer in Hayden as a starting Nickle. I believe we have decent depth at TE and DE, so I can wait a round or two on them. Also, there is some very underrated pass rushers that can be had deep into the draft. IMO, the same can be said for the TE position. I just don't see that depth with the CB's. 

Personally, I do believe Rudolph is an immediate impact player. I truly believe he would be starting for us, no later than 2019. I know I'm gonna catch all kinds of flack for this, but I don't see us as Superbowl contenders with Blake Bortles as our QB. He's just too limited with his confined set of abilities. In order to take that next step, we need a QB that we can trust to win us games with his arm and allow him to throw the ball down the field in specific situations. I did not see that trust last year between the coaching staff and Bortles.
