I see him run on designed runs, but I don't see a guy that just goes one read and takes off every play.  He goes through reads and isn't a run first QB, he just happens to be awesome when he runs.  When the dude throws it correctly, it's very accurate.  With someone like Josh Allen, he's not nearly as accurate, even when his mechanics don't look terrible.
