He's not going to be on the hot seat even at 0-16, but he should be.  Not only does this team have zero talent, but its very undisciplined, they have issues with personnel packages, and generally look woefully unprepared and uncoached.   If you isolate the horrific talent, which I understand you can't and just look at the things he can control, Bradley has not done well at all, and frankly looks way over his head.

 

I seriously doubt that he's ever a successful head coach and I predict he is back as a NFL DC within 3 years.
