"Being worth that pick" would entail being an immediate starter, and a high quality player.  Pro Bowl or Pro Bowl caliber is likely.

And to comment on what they feel as "outside the box"... at pick 29 there should be no position outside punter or kicker that would be outside the box.  It's a completely different conversation when you're in the top 10.

We are in complete agreement here.

There is an argument to be made for virtually every position at 29.  Short versions of the arguments:

QB-Need a guy to push/supplant Bortles
RB-Need a guy to spell Fournette
WR-Need a true #1
TE-Need a true receiving threat that can create mismatches
OL-Need to upgrade RG and get younger at RT
DL-Need to prepare for potential FA/Salary cap departures
LB-Need an athletic guy to replace Poz inside or Jack outside
CB-Need an upgrade over Hayden
S-Need to get younger at SS or cheaper/more athletic at FS
